WHAT WE DO
Our project managers are experienced engineers. They offer early stage strategic advice, followed by project management and delivery. We blend our technical edge with our specialist expertise to realise projects that are completed in line with your client’s expectations.
From the outset, we define the key project drivers. At all stages, we identify the associated risks, suggesting and implementing corrective strategies.
We understand and accept the responsibility and accountability for project success. We ensure this success by co-ordinating all disciplines on behalf of the client. We provide status reports to relevant stakeholders of any variance from planned cost and programme targets ensuring that necessary corrective action is taken.
The role of the project manager is to represent the client throughout all phases of the development. The life cycle of the project begins with the development of the strategy. It carries through to vetting and selecting suitable design and sub-consultant partners which involves designing and managing the contractor tender and award phases. This is an important step in laying the best foundations for successful project completion.

CLIENTS AND PROJECTS
The ORS Project Management Team has successfully delivered on a variety of large-scale projects on behalf of multiple private, public and semi-state clients. ORS is the preferred project management partner for some of Ireland’s largest property owners and property management companies.
In addition to the specific projects outlined below, ORS works closely with the “big four” professional services and accounting firms in Ireland – EY, PWC, Deloitte and KPMG. On their behalf, we have delivered surveying, engineering and management services on over 2,500 properties across the country. In addition, we have managed the property portfolio on behalf of the St. Finian’s Diocesan Trust for the last 15 years. This Trust is responsible for the guardianship of over 1,000 properties owned by the Catholic Diocese of Meath. ORS is the primary engineering advisor to the Trust and has managed a large number of projects within this portfolio.
