Overview

ORS is a leading provider of building control, design and assigned certifier services since the Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014 (BCAR) came into force.

Critical features include the introduction of an assigned certifier role within the construction industry and new certificates and undertakings, as well as the Code of Practice for Inspecting and Certifying Buildings and Works and an online Building Control Management System (BCMS).

Our assigned certifier inspects and coordinates work by key individuals involved in some of Ireland’s most significant construction projects. ORS’s multidisciplinary design, project management, fire safety and health and safety expertise ensure all building regulations are implemented in the final construction.
