PROJECT: Mixed Use Development, Townend St., Dublin

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Dublin hotels had the highest occupancy in Europe in 2016 & 2017 and are forecast to stay on top in 2018. This is one of many hotels/aparthotels which are planned for the city in the coming years to meet this demand. The proposed development will consist of an 8 storey development (Approx. 20,000m2) housing a Hotel with 393 bedrooms, an aparthotel comprising 202 studios/suites and an apartment block comprising 21 apartment units in a mix of 14 1 bed and 7 2 bed units.
