Civil and Structural Senior Technician

About the role
Our civil and structural team comprises highly qualified engineers and technicians with broad- ranging experience and a reputation for delivering high quality and efficient engineering solutions for public and private clients. The team uses leading modelling and analytical software to deliver optimum solutions for our clients. We currently require an experienced civil and structural technician to join our team. The position offers the successful candidate opportunities for career development in Building Information Modelling and management.
You will be involved in a diverse and challenging range of projects. The role will involve 3D modelling and documentation for a wide range of buildings (commercial, healthcare, industrial, residential, etc.). The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual looking to further their career and gain invaluable experience in an established consultancy with a team of highly skilled designers, consulting engineers, planners, scientists and surveyors.
Skills and experience
- Minimum of an appropriate Level 7 graduate degree or 2 years’
- Drafting experience using REVIT and
- Experience in working on structures, including residential, retail and commercial developments.
- Civil Detailing
- Candidates should be enthusiastic and motivated and capable of dealing with internal and external team
- A strong attention to
- Ability to prioritise workloads to meet
- Fluent understanding, written and reading in English is
- Full clean driving licence is
- Good working knowledge of Civil 3D, Lumion, Infraworks and
- Good working knowledge of BIM
- Experience in producing Fire Safety
- Experience in 4D & 5D
